Wedding Contract
Following is Clark Art photo contract A, our starting package which
gives you a whole day of shooting, lots of proofs, and a full set of
printable CD's. This is designed for couples who are interested in
saving money by designing and producing their own formal album. Please
call the studio for pricing on other packages which include all of the
above plus a custom designed album, either traditional or
magazine-style, for those who would prefer to have us take care of this
final step. We will send you an information pack with all the details.
I, Wende Alexander Clark, agree to photograph the wedding of
______________________________ and ______________________________ on
the date of __________________, for the total cost of $2,000.
This price includes the following:
- Up to eight hours shooting time
- Minimum of 250 4x6 prints, ready six weeks after wedding. Combination
of black & white and color, as requested.
- Proof album included. Choose color: black or platinum.
- Set of CD's (5 MG) of entire wedding.
- Couple also acquires copyright of photos.
- Travel fees may apply if outside West Michigan
I am accepting a deposit of $1,000 (1/2 total), paid on ___________.
This deposit guarantees your wedding date. This deposit is
non-refundable, but account may be credited for future use if wedding
is cancelled or postponed.
The balance of $1,000 is due two weeks before wedding date,___________.

Engagement photos: $150 covers on-location sitting, folio of 4x6 prints
and copyright release. Minimum of 25 prints. Must be paid at sitting.
