Wedding Contract
Following is Clark Art photo contract A, our starting package. Please
call the studio
for pricing on other packages which include all that is offered in contract A, plus a
variety of custom designed magazine albums.
We will send you an information pack with all the details.
I, Wende Alexander Clark, agree to photograph the wedding of
______________________________ and ______________________________ on
the date of __________________, for the total cost of $2,000.
This price includes the following:
- All day coverage
- Minimum of 250 edited and digitally enhanced images, ready six weeks after wedding,
in proof album.
- Online postings
-DVD Slideshow
- Printable CD (8 MB) and copyright of all images
- Travel fees may apply if outside West Michigan
I am accepting a deposit of $1,000 (1/2 total), paid on ___________.
This deposit guarantees your wedding date. This deposit is
non-refundable, but account may be credited for future use if wedding
is cancelled or postponed.
The balance of $1,000 is due two weeks before wedding date,___________.
